NetWind implements CareRadMD to support critical results communication between radiology teams and referring providers. Notifications can be delivered to a mobile device and guide the provider to open the CareRadMD app to review the message securely.
The workflow is designed to help capture key steps such as delivery, message opening, and provider response (for example, “call the radiologist” or “forward to another provider”), improving clarity and reducing communication gaps.
